True Song Studio provides music lessons, classes, ensembles, and audio production to musicians of all skill levels. Recognizing the individuality of each student's learning personality (whether Academic, Athletic, or Artistic), we emphasize both creativity and technical mastery alike.
Our studio is located just east of Settlers Park in Meridian. We work with students from Eagle, Boise, Caldwell, Nampa, Star, Kuna, Meridian, and surrounding areas in the Treasure Valley.
-We don’t just give you assignments and *hope* you will practice correctly on your own. WE ARE A COMMUNITY that “has your back,” musically. You will make friends in your instructor and your fellow students. You will not struggle alone. Students can post questions in our online group at any time, or even post a video to ask for feedback.
-Instead of recitals, we hold MONTHLY OPEN MICS so you can document and share your musical progress. Performing should be a natural and regular activity (not an infrequent and long-dreaded one!).
- If you'd like, you can opt in to our STUDY-BUDDY PROGRAM and be assigned a new “study buddy” each month to keep you accountable to practice.
-Each time you come to the studio, you get to log your practice hours in on a PRACTICE LOG CHART. Every month awards are given based on hours and goals met.
-Finally, we are also a RECORDING STUDIO. Whether you have written a song and want it filled out by instruments, or whether you are skilled at playing and want to contribute to someone else's album, find your team and your tools here. True Song Studio is a nurturing environment where you can learn all about audio production and find yourself thrilled by what is possible.
